We offer private cellar management to help you make the most of your wine cellar, regardless of whether you are just starting to build your cellar or your cellar has been operating for many years. With his extensive experience, Vince will oversee your cellar right from the initial consultation all the way through to opening the bottle.

Vince can stock your cellar with hand-selected wines and varieties, along a range of price points but most importantly advise on the best drinking window for your respective wines.

RECORKING SERVICE

Even when stored properly in optimal conditions, ageing a wine doesn’t always go to plan - the cork can deteriorate, letting oxygen in and ruin the wine. Our recorking service performed by a winemaker enables you to have a sneak preview of your special wine prior to drinking, giving you certainty on the drinkability and condition of your wine.

This service is not available to those wishing to resell their wine or continue long-term storage.
